1. Shipping Origin
Carverall products are shipped directly from our facility located in Dongguan, Guangdong, China. Currently, we do not have overseas warehouses, so all orders will be fulfilled and shipped from our primary location in China.
2. Shipping Methods
We use reliable international courier services to ensure that your order arrives safely and promptly. Available shipping methods include standard and expedited shipping options. The specific shipping choices will be presented at checkout based on your delivery address.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. Please note that processing times may vary during peak seasons or promotional events. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Attention: Please note that the processing time is included in the shipping time.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on the shipping destination and selected shipping method. Below are the estimated delivery times(Calendar days):
- Standard Shipping:7 to 15Days
- Expedited Shipping: 3to 8Days
Please be aware that these are estimated delivery times and may be affected by customs delays, local holidays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
5. Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping: Free shipping.
- Expedited Shipping: $50 per shipment

6. Customs and Duties
Most of our machines are stocked in warehouses located in the United States and the European Union. In most cases, customer orders will be shipped from the nearest regional warehouse. Therefore, customers located in the United States and EU member states generally do not need to pay customs duties when purchasing a machine.
For orders from other countries, shipments will usually be dispatched from our warehouse in China. In such cases, customs duties and any related import taxes may apply and will be the responsibility of the customer.
In the event that a product is temporarily out of stock in our U.S. or EU warehouses, the order may also be shipped from China. Under these circumstances, customers in EU countries may be required to pay the applicable customs duties. Please rest assured that we will contact you in advance to discuss any potential tax issues before the order is shipped.
In most cases, we declare a lower value for the shipment. If you have any specific requirements regarding the declared value, please make sure to contact us before the goods are dispatched.

7. Address Changes
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If you need to modify your shipping address, please contact us at Linsen@carverall.com within 48 hours of your purchase. If your order has already been shipped, we may be unable to change the shipping address.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Via our Tracking App: (https://carverall.com/apps/parcelpanel), you can use this tracking number to monitor the status of your shipment.
